How to Measure Your Pupillary Distance (PD)
Your PD is essential for accurate lens alignment. Here's how to measure it at home—fast, easy, and accurate.
Why PD Matters
Pupillary Distance (PD) is the distance between your pupils, measured in millimeters. It ensures your lenses align with your eyes' optical centers for optimal clarity and comfort.
3 Easy Ways to Measure PD at Home

- Stand ~20cm from a mirror with a millimeter ruler held against your brow.
- Close your right eye and align 0mm with the center of your left pupil.
- Open your right eye, close your left, and read the measurement at your right pupil’s center.
Method 2: With a Friend
